Use this form to report a mistake or an out-of-date statement, to ask how a figure was sourced, or to point the editors to a public source they have missed.

What happens next
Sending the form opens your email program with a message addressed to editors@endourological.org, so you can read it before it goes. We use your email address only to reply, and we will not add it to a mailing list. Factual corrections are made on the card itself and the checked date changes.
